Front image (news feed): always set image at 200 x (this will auto proportional)
Article images: No set size, random
FRONT NEWS FEED:

HOW TO VIEW THE ARTICLE LIVE IN THE FRONT PAGE WHILE WRITING OR EDITING.
1. Set STATUS (right side menu) to PUBLISHED
2. Set CATEGORY (right side menu) to NEWS
3. Set ACCESS (right side menu) to SUPER USER
4. Under the PUBLISHING tab at the top,
4.1 Set PUBLISHED DATE to current date
4.2 Set CREATED DATE to current day
5. Open another tab in your browser and login to the front page.
Remember to change the ACCESS back to PUBLIC when you are releasing it to go live.. I made this mistake once and only we could see it :(
